Jan 25-27 - Winter Camp

PARENTS
You must take the Child & Youth Safety course for this overnight / away from our regular meeting place event.
There is a 45 minute online course / video online at myscouts.ca.
You will need to create an account and find the course in Training - 'e-learning'.
If you are unable to complete this before we go, we will arrange a viewing of the video at camp on Friday Night.

We need to make sure we have all the forms in order. Please prepare to have a chat with one of us on Tuesday evening after beavers.

Location:

Camp Tamaracouta
499 Chemin Tamaracouta
Mille Isles, Quebec
J0R 1A0
(450) 438-4096 ‎ · tamaracouta.com
GPS Coordinates N 45° 49.713 W 074° 12.384

Google Maps

Arrival Time:
We are expecting leaders to start arriving at 7pm.  Please plan to arrive between 7pm and 8pm.

Car-Pooling:
There will be a sheet by the sign-in sheet on Tuesday evening to co-ordinate.
There is a restriction that leaders cannot organize this.  It is up to parents to speak with each other.
So I expect that if you have space in a vehicle you will put your name down as available and if you need a drive you will indicate so as well.
